SuperMikey Posted 28 October, 2012 Share Posted 28 October, 2012 I was a few rows up from the fight and saw what happened. Seems there was a disagreement between a bloke (who was on his own) and 4 gobsh!tes who were about 14. The gobsh!tes threw a few punches and the bloke got one of them in a headlock and fought back a bit. The bloke got smacked in the face and his forehead was cut quite badly. Me and my mate were in the concourse after the game and a few of the gobsh!tes came near us and were talking to each other about "that pr!ck" not being here and waiting for him. Me and my mate decided to wait for the bloke in case he got jumped by the gobsh!tes outside the ground but he was in the first aid area for a while and the steward in charge told us that he would be in there a while longer as he was still bleeding quite heavily (we'd told the stewards he was our mate because we're tricky like that). Hope he's ok, those kids were little turds.

To be fair, if you are on your own and taking on several people, getting one of them in a headlock and therefore putting one of your own arms out of action from defending yourself against any other people is a little bit dim really! To be fair, if you are on your own and taking on several people, getting one of them in a headlock and therefore putting one of your own arms out of action from defending yourself against any other people is a little bit dim really! Exactly. Never the cleverest tactic, you become a stationary target, you need to keep moving, don't get stuck in the middle of them, in any group of 3 or 4 there will always be one or two that are gamer and one or two lacking the bottle who will hold back and move in when things are on top so be more aggresive to the aggressors. it's important to make sure that offensive strike aim at vulnerable areas, groin, eyes, throat, 3-4 attack in these areas then move away and scan for any further assailants. Once a couple have taken a beating the other ones won't fancy it much. And of course the obvious tactic of fighting at range, kicks from a distance and punches, elbows close up. My personal favourite distance move is a stomp kick to the groin, a forearm/elbiw smash to the side of head then grabbing them by the shirt, turning them as a human shield against anyone else fancying a go and driving a couple of knee shots into the boll*cks. If you're reading this I hope you make a swift recovery amd these tips help you for future incidents and recognise where you went wrong on this occasion. Crazy Diamond Posted 29 October, 2012 Share Posted 29 October, 2012 Two morons near me nearly caused a fight yesterday, all because they were ****ed off at the amount of time it was taking to get down the stairs and leave the stadium. One meathead thought it would be a good idea to start pushing people on the steps. Some of our fans are unbelievable. I'm amazed they're allowed out of their own homes. Golden Balls Posted 29 October, 2012 Share Posted 29 October, 2012 There was a fight in the Northam too. Always seems to happen when the teams on a bad run. Yeah I was near that. Some chav booed Guly and the old boy behind him told him not to. The **** in front got overly aggressive and ended up throwing a punch at him. He then went on to say he "take you all on". At the end of the game the older guy offered his hand to calm things down and he kicked off again. All the kid did was made himself look a right tosser. Turkish is providing an educational service for free here, people need to learn these things and if they can learn via the interweb rather than from experience in the real world that has to be good yeah? Next time someone is in a fight with 3 or 4 people and they are about to get one of them in a headlock, they might think twice thanks to the good advice here! Next time someone is in a fight with 3 or 4 people and they are about to get one of them in a headlock, they might think twice thanks to the good advice here! Exactly. People would charge a fortune for that advice. 3 simple steps for fighting off multiple attackers 1 keep moving, don't be a stationary target 2 take out the most aggressive one with attacks to eyes, groin and throat. 3 or 4 vicious blows to these areas and move on 3 keep on the outside, if you get in the middle it's game over. Be water my friends.
eelpie Posted 29 October, 2012 Share Posted 29 October, 2012 I'm not at all surprised anymore. It happens at away games too. There were some beefcakes around us at Arsenal who bored at not being able to get at the home supporters had to be stopped by stewards from fisticuffing each other (and they were also intimidating three OAP's who had the misfortune to be sitting next to them) We don't need these so called fans. The club does need to identify and ban them because they are doing untold harm to Saints reputation, not to mention spoiling the game for others. Challenged them to an eating contest? Very drole. We just wanted to make sure that he got home ok as he was on his own. Spoken to him at the KA and the ground a few times and he's a nice bloke. I figured the sight of 3 big lads might scare off the little sh!ts if they decided to come back for him, even though I have little intention of starting a fight. The actual scrap in the ground lasted no more than about 10 seconds before they got separated. Not much chance to intervene. PS: I would've trashed them in an eating contest.
