It'll probably be..

Boruc

Clyne --- Fonte -- Maya -- Fox

Morgan -- Davis

Punch -- Lallana -- Jrod

Lambert

but the '3' are too attack minded to protect the midfield and back 4

Looks remarkably 4-4-2 like team, or possibly 4-2-3-1. I assume the order of the team does not reflect their positions in any way, I prefer Morgan in MF to defence :-)

It's ordered by squad number (apart from Boruc who as the GK they've put first)

After his edgy first match at West Ham, I thought Boluck might have given way for Gazzaniga who has looked more commanding in goal so far.

I hope Rodriguez is up front rather than in a wide position where he can easily disappear from the game.

Hmm I'm looking at their line up and whilst it's good, it's not anywhere near as good as it could have been. No Adebayor, no Dembele. Anyone fancy us to give it to Huddlestone in the midfield today? Or Rickie to dominate their defence? Got a bit more hope than I had before. Just need Mr Fox to keep Bale quiet which if I'm honest isn't going to happen is it?

At least it looks a bit better than against West Ham. Still can't see why Gazza was dropped and why we won't play Mayuka.

Gazza's not even on the bench; its Kelvin. Agree about the Copper Bullet.

Agreed, on the left he looks out of place and it comes across as if he's being shoehorned into the side.

Much rather have Lallana out left and JWP in the middle tbh

3 x CMs in the middle of the park and put lambert up on his own....

I think we're going to need width today, to count Spurs and to make the most of the fact Friedel doesn't like claiming crosses. Back post here we come...

Snap his ankle in the first minute. Sorted.

Highlight already was Yoshida launching his "kick it out" t shirt into the crowd with it wrappin round some blokes bonce... I don't expect to take any other highlights away today............

Hope so; the tweet came from someone seated near the incident - physio was treating him, apparently.

Could be a sign he isn't 100% fit, rather than being injured in the warm up. Fingers crossed he is OK, as even though I don't rate him, he is at least a LB.
