My point is. There is no given what so ever that Adkins is some sort of super manager... And at the mo. results are not helping him

Who is saying that Adkins is "Super Manager"? Just that after two excellent years, it is ridiculous to judge him and want hime gone after just 8 games into a new season.

Your CV is only as good as the previous job it does not take into account how you are currently performing or if you can carry out the tasks on getting promotion.
