Yep if they were on we would not have let those goals in:rolleyes:

What a stupid thing to say. If they were on we'd of perhaps actually done something going forward and may have gone in the lead at HT. It's still only a maybe but I'd be a lot more happy with them two up there.

Bring on Lambert and Mayuka and admit you made a ridiculous error please Nigel.

Neither of those two players would have prevented our sloppy, slow start to the second half, nor prevented either goal. Our forwards aren't the problem, our defenders are - standard for this season so far.

This is the games we should be getting points from,no more excuses about having a bad start,Adkins is a ****ing liability and his tactics are ****e......that's if his tactics are actually his tactics of course?.....like Sam said the other day, this game is a 6 pointer and we are losing those points.

Last season was accelerated due to our start, and our momentum. It's easier to carry momentum in the championship and there are lots of horrific teams in the championship. I don't think players like Guly, Fox, Jos, Richardson etc were ever top 2 players.

The issue has come that we've put a little too much reliance on them this year, when they're just not good enough. Probably should have replaced more than we did in the summer.

but those players did better than west hams players

I really do not buy into the too soon excuse...not when we were as good as we were for so long...not as if we started well and tailed off...we were in the top two for every second of every game last season...brushing some decent teams aside......now we have our top top player on the bench...and making horrific mistakes

What Guly and Rodriguez are doing in the starting line-up I don't know.

Why Gazzaniga goes all the way from the starting line-up to the stand I don't know either. Boruc looks fat and that goal shows that he's probably not at his best yet.

no..but we may have been at least a goal up at the start of the 2nd half...we have offered absolutely nothing going forward

You were one of the posters saying we didn't need to rush, we'd bought enough, Rodriguez was top 10 Premiership class etc, or was that Saint Charlie?

wheres your captain when you need him??

Well, we don't really have one. That's a stupid decision as well.

As is the decision to totally change our system, the players clearly don't quite get it as much as they did last season. I think we've tried to change too much, and tried to be too clever behind the scenes. Success comes from carrying on what you've done well int he past.

FWIW I agree, we have gotten to this Prem League too early. Last season was extraordinary. This season will be a nightmare, not helped by some strange team selections it has to be said. Easy to pick the same team every week when you are winning, not so easy when most of the squad are out of their depth.

I have a feeling Nigel will be sacked tonight.

I hate to say it but this wouldn't surprise me. If results don't improve his days are certainly numbered. So much for stability then...

What DOES he say to them at half time? Must say, weird decisions today. Guly? No Gazza on bench? Odd. All too depressingly easy. Confidence shot.

The thing is, ****e defending or not.. We aren't going to win hardly any away games in this league but we must make damn sure we don't lose them all.

As much as I like NA he will get kicked into touch within the next two weeks if we keep on losing like this

Fear for Nigel tonight, sadly it's been his decisions that have been clueless (subs at Man U and Fulham) and team choice today defies beloef, suspect even the players dont get it
