"The Chairman's really not a nice human being"

"The PA system is abysmal"

 

As far as I can tell, it's 75% the Premier League trying to give itself a hearty slap on the back...

I decided that I'd answer them in relation to the Championship last season, but I expect some will have answered based on "nothing" for last season, which would be equally as valid.

There was a question asking what you thought of the various people that worked at SMS (catering staff, stewards, ticket office, etc) but, somewhat strangely, no questions about the geezer in charge

Yeah, gmail is useful for that too you can add '+anything' to your email address and you will still get it then, later, if you're getting spammed on that one you can filter it out...

I hope the results are made public, they would make for extremely interesting reading. Echo the comments made by others though regarding some of the questions being redundant for us.

I think you may find this was coincidence. I was hardly glowing about most of our services and managed to get all the way through...

It's not an opportunity to tell the club what we really think because it is all tick boxes.

I don't think the survey will be presented exactly as the answers are typed in. The idea will be to take an average fan response and benchmark each club against the rest of the division or something similar. The answers may have some weighting to them also which we would not know about.
