The Yacht Tavern, Woolston.

Hi,

 

After many houses falling through at the last minute, I have finally moved to a house near Woolston.

 

It appears that The Yacht Tavern is going to be one of my locals and I noticed the other day that they had a sign up saying they show every Saints game live.

 

Anyone been in recently, what's the ale like, have you seen a Saints game in there etc etc.

I haven't been in the Yacht for a while, the food is ok, beer pretty much standard stuff. They usually have a band most weekends, all in all not a bad little pub.

Went in the Yacht on Saturday, was quite busy in both bars with Saints fans wanting to see the match. They have an internet feed of quite good quality being beamed to various TV's dotted around the place.

 

Ale is Bombardier, various lagers etc...didn't try the food.
