Not surprised, a mate of mine who works as an insurance investigator into fraud says this has been going on years and is very organised with Doctors,garages,gangs etc all in on the act and its getting worse. You can guess who the worse culprits are.

Yes, had a few try it with me by breaking when pulling out onto empty roundabouts. Luckily my reactions/awareness were too good for them.

 

And it's always a particular ethnic group, not casting any further aspertions, it's purely an observation.
