Apparently, a team that plays in all red wins more games than any other colours?

Have we been duped in sake of our red and and white stripes, I miss them so much.

I quite like the kit. But, it just aint saints. Bring back those stripes before its to late.

Current Scottish Champions - Celtic - play in green and white

Current french champions - Montpellier - play in blue

Current German Champions - - Borrusia Dortmund - play in yellow

Current Portugese Champions - Porto - play in blue

Current Polish Champions - Śląsk Wrocław - Play in green

Current Ukrainian Champions - Shakthar Donetsk - play in Orange

Current Italian Champions - Juventus - play in black and white

Current Belgian Champions - Anderlecht - play in white

Current Spanish Champions - Real Madrid - play in white

Champions League Champions - Chelsea - play in blue

FA Cup holders - Chelsea - play in blue

 

I could go on, but looking round Europe it seems it'd be better to play in any colour other than red.

Maybe it's the colour of money that counts?

Not sure why the OP thinks that this (dubious) stat, which has already been discussed to death in the various kit threads anyway, is the reason we're playing in red.

 

All I heard was something along the lines of "everyone's got a striped shirt and are more likely to buy something else". Which of course is the justification for changing the away kit all the time, not the home kit.
