How many have we sold for Fulham then?

Plenty of excuses for this one. It's on a Sunday, on telly, weather forecast isn't great, we are boycotting the club until we hear about the loan and training ground, Fulham aren't a big draw, half term is close, saving for Christmas, we've got another home game this month. Anyone know how sales are going?

As of yesterday there were still over 2,800 home seats still on sale.

Excellent. We often used to get walk ups of that many last time we were in the premier league, apart from the ones that sold out within hours and the ones where people didn't bother trying to get a ticket because they didn't think they'd get one.

Lolz. I think most people are completely oblivious to that bit.

It's on the telly, no-one has any money, and has become very obvious recently, people won't pay if they don't have to.

I also think a lot of fans have stopped following us since the last time we were in the Prem, for whatever reason. Even the ones who are still going have a different outlook on the importance of Prem matches since we enjoyed the lower leagues. Have to say I've been as surprised by our attendances as I have Lambert's goalscoring...

27,500 i think mate, with a record small take up of corporate seats.

having said that i hear Fulham are expecting to bring down 2500 so that will boost it, i had expected them to bring as many as Wigan for a sunday tv game.

Our corporate sales are embarassingly bad. It's no wonder though.

Agree with most of this, but the online system is fantastic. Huge improvement in this area and not need for your other opitions.

Mmmm.. I went online last night and logged in. It then allowed me to purchase 6 tickets in total for Spurs game and never asked for 'membership' numbers for the other 5.

1. It means people can buy as many as they want for 'non members'

2. I will now have to phone up to get the ticket allocated to their membership ( for potential loyalty reasons at a later date)

Whatever the fanbase, there's little doubt a truly efficient and simple ticketing system would increase sales. That's unforgivable. Poor service on the phone, often can't get through, I've never been able to do it online, they don't reply to my emails, you can't use debit card at the ground without charges. It's moronic from start to finish.

Plus you have to know some sort of code or number for your name......??? Too many barriers......The last tickets left are always in the Chapel and no one wants to sit there! Chapel is such an apt name ....shooosh or you will upset the natives....

Continuing the same theme.... We will almost sell out v the top, six. All other games will be between 28 and 30. If we need to win to stay up towards the end of the season they will sell out. People love excitement that is why. No need to do this thread for every game

Hopefully, if we do sell more than 30,000 seats we might be able to afford to restart the building work at the training ground?

If we get to 31,000, maybe the club will have the money to employ an architect to put some drawings together that we can all mutually w@nk over.

I'm sure you'll all with me on this one. Unless you have a tiny, Dell-sized penis.

Why does anyone even care. Almost everyone on this site is a saints fan and wants a win. There will be between 27 and 30 k there. All that matters is supporting the team and winning.. Only a loser would start this post

Your thoughts are typical of the negative, Dell sized mentality on this forum. The enlightened ones, the visionaries, know we have maxed out our stadium and we could definitely sell 45,000 against Villa dynamically priced at ten pound a pop. With kids for a quid. And we don't do debt as we are bankrolled by billionaires so thankfully it is all risk free.

You need vision, son, like the intelligent posters on this forum.

Build it now. FFS.

So are we saying that for the four successive home game there is not going to be the predicted mad scramble for tickets?
f

No. You're saying that. The rest of us don't really care and find your (and others) constant negative trolling a reason to visit this forum less and less.

Why is it negative trolling? We were told there was going to be a mad scramble for tickets this season what with us having 22,000 season ticket holders. As it stands it seems like including away fans we've only sold 5,000 for this with the same amount still being available. That isn't negative, that is a fact.

You remind me of one of the good posters from the golden era of this forum that doesn't post on here anymore.

Yeah, you're right of course. You're not tedious in any way and are performing a valuable service to those of us less gifted in communication.

It was quite obvious what the thread was about sunshine, if you don't want to read about it don't open it. So I can include you in the list of people who are less gifted in communication.

It is trolling though isn't it, there was no value in this discussion the first 10 times you posted it. You do know a lot of other team don't sell our EVERY game don't you.

We will get close to 30k I reckon for this game which over 90% of capacity which for non high draw opposition and a TV game is very good. end of.

I love as well how you keep dragging the villa game up, saying how we always sold out against Villa, except Villa when we went down were quite good they finished 6th the year before we went down, whereas now they are rubbish so are less of a draw. Maybe our 'floating' fans actually watch football.

When have I mentioned Villa?

As for value to the discussion, I think you are taking spaz boards too seriously if you are expecting value in the discussion. I suggest you go on question time if you want value.

Anyway, as usual a perfectly valid point ends up with people *****ing and having a pop at other posters.

Fulham have a dull sunday game coming up v Sunderland in November, on sky, they have a special offer where season ticket holders can get 2 extra tickets for £5 each. Good deal and will ensure a full house. Shame we don't do anything like that.

Turkish, we get it, you dont rate our home support for whatever reason. You go on as much about attendances as Dalek goes on about Hoddle, it's boring give it a rest.

I think the regular attendance thread is critically important.

A relatively quick read to get a reminder as to who the trolls are, making it easy to ignore/laugh at their views on other, more interesting, threads.
