The white away kit

You can wear same colour shorts - Arsenal always wear white shorts when they are away and wear their red (e.g. at Everon). We should have worn the white v Hammers, even with the red shorts. All this rubbish about not wearing white v Sunderland - Leeds did it for years, against them and us!! We do not need to wear yellow again this year, mainly because we can wear red in 11 of our remaining away games. Games to come:

Aston Villa: white shirts, red shorts

Chelsea: we will wear red

Fulham: we will wear red

Liverpool: white

Man Utd: white shirts, red (or blue) shorts

Newcastle: we will wear red

Norwich: we will wear red

QPR: we will wear red

Reading: we will wear red

Stoke: white shirts, red or blue shorts

Sunderland: white

Swansea: red

Tottenham: red

West Brom: red

Wigan: red

I think you have just emphasised the fact that we almost never wear the official 'all white' away kit !

We could have worn white shirts/red shorts on Saturday. We didn't.

You seriously think we're not going to wear yellow again after barely being out of it thus far?

Is Liverpool away the only game it will be used in? If it isn't used at West Ham, I can't think of another league game.

I know its not a league game, but I've heard we are going to wear the white kit away to Leeds. This is to confuse any Leeds thugs from Cheltenham who will not know who to punch. We have to make sure our keeper wears the same colour as theirs as well. I think the all-white kit will prove to have been a sound investment as a result.

Isn´t it really easy that are not allowed to play in the white kit when opponents have white in their kit?

And West Ham do have white in their kit........

No, that is incorrect. The shorts colour is not a factor in the kit clash equation. Examples everywhere, including this weekend's Tyne-Tees derby, where both sides wore black shorts.

If we wanted to play in all white at West Ham we could have done.

That's why I started the thread, if we don't even wear it when we have the chance, what is the point of having it in the first place ??

After 8 games we have not yet worn it, just seems bizarre to me !
