the stain Posted 29 September, 2012 Share Posted 29 September, 2012 Tadanari Lee. He's been with us for a while, but seems to spend a lot of the time being injured, so it's understandable if you've never seen him before.
S-Clarke Posted 29 September, 2012 Share Posted 29 September, 2012 who has been sitting in the dugout for the past few games...... who is he? He came in as translator for Tadanari last January, but has actually become a fully fledged member of the coaching staff since.

When Wilkins, Crosby and the guy in question have a kick-about whilst the players warm up it is clear to see he has far more footballing ability than you would expect from your average translator. Yep, i've noticed him a few times! Also pops up in some of the pre-match vids. Must have a coaching background as well.

Suhari Posted 29 September, 2012 Share Posted 29 September, 2012 Interested to know how he got the gig with us. Was he chosen by Saints as Chungs translator 'cause he can also coach, or was he Chungs translator/mate and we happen to have kept him on?

He's been with us for a while, but seems to spend a lot of the time being injured, so it's understandable if you've never seen him before. Could be the best striker at the club, since Connolly*, if he did not spend so much time in the treatment room. *apart from Lambert, but then the old joke might be lost.
