Ramirez has largely been anonymous today (apart from the goal of course)

 

Agree, he's been pretty poor. Giving the ball away alot.

 

If we have any sort of chance this season, eh needs to play well most games..!

Everton beginning to take complete control again.

 

Depressing isn't it. They let us have that 5-10 minutes early in this half and now it's just men against boys. Painful watching.

Yeah, these 70 minutes away to Everton have shown us the truth, he's not good enough. Nevermind that he's only 17, get rid quick.

Yep, still plenty of time. Everton have begun to look a little sloppy, let's hope we take advantage of it.

Richard Chaplow is nowhere near good enough to play Premiership football.

 

People used to say that about Vinnie Jones, but he did a job for years in the top division. He's the kind of player we could do with right now, and maybe Chaplow could do it, but we don't have anyone else in that mould who could, so why not him?

No put him back where he belongs, bench at best and development squad when needed. No doubt will be a good little player but in about 3 years time. Lost us the game against Utd in my opinion.

Truth is people on here need someone to blame and without Guly,Davis,Puncheon and Fox...someone has to shoulder it...

Nobody suggested "get rid quick". He's clearly one for the future, to ease in. But should he be in the starting XI (or near it) every week ? I dont think so. Suggests to me that despite our hefty summer bill, we are still weak at CM.

 

Woudl Hammond have done worse today ?

But that was in the stone age when you could tackle from behind from a 25 yd run up. Jones wouldn't last 2 minutes of any game.
