However some of the hatred from both sides that is shown is quite telling,more so from the Anti BNP brigade. Whilst most people consider them no more than a minority party with some questionable (at best) views on race they are a legitimate political party and in we are a truly democratic, open and tolerant society then people should be able to be members. I have no wish for anyone to get harrassed, or even sacked, although if they've knowingly broken the terms of their employment contracts I won't have any sympathy. A lot of valid points have been raised on this thread in regard to some of the BNPs stuff, and even some of the stuff about the members and their jobs etc - but you're quite right. Threats and so on should not be accepted, particularly as many who could be doing so might list exactly this kind of thing as what they find unacceptable about some of the BNPs membership.
