saint lard Posted 26 September, 2012 Posted 26 September, 2012 Mmm, not overly impressed with 'futuristic' concept.but it's coming soon and will have to decide if I make a purchase. have really enjoyed the online multiplayer on the original Black Ops. hours of entertainment and quite a realistic feel, perhaps that was why I liked world at war. ive tried Halo,Gears of War and found them pretty dire. perhaps it's because it lacked the little realism that is possible with something that is feasible unlike 'Sci Fi games. i did like Battlefield and alike. i probably won't go near the 'story' mode, they are usually dire.
Tractor_Saint Posted 10 November, 2012 Posted 10 November, 2012 Pre-ordered it. Can't wait. Mainly for the co-op play rather than the story mode Big CS:S player in the past, now CS:GO but that's not attracting the players. Borderlands 2 has a good following at the moment but I guess will be short lived. Got the Alpha for Crysis 3 but you've gotta have a quad core to even start seeing decent gfx (i.e. going to be limited appeal initially). So, Black Ops 2 it is
View From The Top Posted 10 November, 2012 Posted 10 November, 2012 It'll be sh.it. Made the error of buying the 1st one. I'll be sticking to MW3.

Ah, but in that case I'd still have my Oric Atmos I buy most of the games as they come out. Borderlands 2 was definitely a good purchase, with next week off work I'm looking forward to spending some time on Black Ops 2 - we'll see...
Ruffo Posted 16 November, 2012 Posted 16 November, 2012 Not as good as the first black ops. To futuristic. Mw3 will continue to get more use
Saint_clark Posted 16 November, 2012 Posted 16 November, 2012 Anybody else never played any COD/Battlefield games and never had any inclination to do so? It's so over hyped that it'd only ever disappoint.
Tractor_Saint Posted 16 November, 2012 Posted 16 November, 2012 Never really played COD before so don't feel 'done' like I can understand others do. Play multiplayer and can only say it's fantastic! A few issues to iron out but as a first GA release it's amazing.
SuperMikey Posted 16 November, 2012 Posted 16 November, 2012 For me nothing will ever top Battlefield 1942 on PC. The peak of FPS gaming.
