eelpie Posted 23 September, 2012 Posted 23 September, 2012 I've tried numerous times today to open this news item on the OS. Unsuccessful each time. Anyone else had trouble opening this and other news items on our new dysfunctional OS? Very frustrating. Sh*t site
Crazy Diamond Posted 23 September, 2012 Posted 23 September, 2012 Can't wait for the people who read the thread title then think you're being negative and post their reactions...
Ohio Saint Posted 23 September, 2012 Posted 23 September, 2012 Yep! That was bloody annoying! On the plus side, Saints Player had the extended highlights up very quickly. That was great for me because my stream didn't really help me see the game at all well.

Didcot Saint Posted 23 September, 2012 Posted 23 September, 2012 Couldn't open either. Our Website is completely rubbish.

Took me 5 attempts to open the story about our new keeper last night.
Nigel=God-Poyet=Sod Posted 23 September, 2012 Posted 23 September, 2012 At the bottom of the page, there is that breaking news bar thing with a link. You could try that? I agree, rubbish site.
eelpie Posted 23 September, 2012 Author Posted 23 September, 2012 At the bottom of the page, there is that breaking news bar thing with a link. You could try that? I agree, rubbish site. Tried that, and the News link at the top, and every other link, but to no avail. The new OS is disrespectful of us supporters if after 5 matches it still cannot sort itself out.
kpturner Posted 23 September, 2012 Posted 23 September, 2012 I think it misbehaves on the iPad - haven't tried my PC yet.
suewhistle Posted 24 September, 2012 Posted 24 September, 2012 Jeez - I see what you mean - just spent time going round in circles, trying some lateral thinking, sneaking in from the back and still not being able to read that article. Thats on a laptop with Firefox, but think that's irrelevant..

Saint_clark Posted 24 September, 2012 Posted 24 September, 2012 All working fine for me, on PC and laptop.
John Boy Saint Posted 24 September, 2012 Posted 24 September, 2012 I think it misbehaves on the iPad - haven't tried my PC yet. In this world where iGadgets are so numerous it's is pretty unforgivable that the blueprint just about every teams website is built on is so carp on such a popular mobile device. but then if the FA has signed it off then really no real surprised its pants.
niceandfriendly Posted 24 September, 2012 Posted 24 September, 2012 Is it only me who thinks the picture gallery on the OS is **** also? Small pictures, ages to load. Our new website is probably worse in every way than the previous one! At least the team are giving us something to smile about.
Ken Tone Posted 24 September, 2012 Posted 24 September, 2012 Gosh ..someone who still tries to use the OS! Didn't think anybody looked at it any more.
BadgerBadger Posted 24 September, 2012 Posted 24 September, 2012 RIP OS - it is surplus to my requirements due to it's s**tness
saint_ed Posted 24 September, 2012 Posted 24 September, 2012 Having the same problem. Such a League 1 standard website. Don't they know we're in the Premier League now. Jeeeeze
suewhistle Posted 24 September, 2012 Posted 24 September, 2012 It is, which proves it was the site before and not our collective internet deficiencies.
Saint_clark Posted 24 September, 2012 Posted 24 September, 2012 All working fine for me, on PC and laptop. Nevermind, I thought we were talking about the video on Saintsplayer, not the news article.
