Saint_Donovan Posted 22 September, 2012 Posted 22 September, 2012 Cheers for that, Ramirez's touch for Clynes goal was sublime
Thedelldays Posted 22 September, 2012 Posted 22 September, 2012 Cheers for that, Ramirez's touch for Clynes goal was sublime I'm sure he did a sweet first time volley-pass to set lambert on his way for our 3rd...great touch
david in sweden Posted 23 September, 2012 Posted 23 September, 2012 Cheers for that, Ramirez's touch for Clynes goal was sublime ..as was Lambert 's little push into Puncheon's path (the Villa defender looked dumbfounded), I think JP should claim that goal. Although it clearly struck (Clarke).I've watched several replays and it does seem that JP's shot was going in that direction anyway. Their goalie was lucky to stay on the pitch after that push on Mayuka.
ericb Posted 23 September, 2012 Posted 23 September, 2012 Is it just me or did Rickie look quicker yesterday? I'm sure he was getting onto things that normally he wouldn't have caught up with? Maybe it was just the way Gaston & Lallana were playing him in was different, more dinks through, but there was definitely something noticeable about how he was getting away from the defenders i thought

Already I'm starting to think that £12m for Ramirez was a bargain. The little chip into Clyne for his goal, and the deft touch out to Lambert to set up Puncheon for the third were just sublime. What vision.
