Polish media news said that Artur Boruc will go to the Premier League club. But not to Everton, where the previous Sunday he had to pass the test, but the weakest English league club - Southampton FC. For now, however, this is wishful rumor.

Portal Polish goalkeeper bleacherraport.com lists as one of the six options to strengthen the Saints team free players, which you can hire at any time outside the transfer window. The list of potential acquisitions, which could take from Southampton just opened but another goalie, 29-year-old Scot Craig Gordon, who left Sunderland in the summer.

Boruc would be - the Americans - the second choice of the Saints. For if, as reported on Monday, "Daily Mail", a Pole tested Everton, then why not use it now being in big trouble with the cast of the club from the south gate of England. Southampton goalkeeper, Kelvin Davis, let go after as many as 14 goals in the first four matches of the season 2012-13.

About the transition of our 32-year-old goalkeeper at Goodison Park is now, as you can see, out of date, but Tuesday's "Sports Review" insisted that Boruc had on the coaching staff, "The Toffees" paramount impression and just see how signed contract.

Now Boruc Try to St. Mary's Stadium, but do not know if he knows that the person concerned. No English source, including the outgoing local newspaper in Southampton "Soutern Daily Echo" transfer Pole not even mention the word.

But hypothetically speaking, having a card in your hand and looking for a club in England, "Arci" can anchor in Southampton, where, of course, will not happen before the release managerNigel Adkins. This is no substitute for either Harry Redknapp or Rafa Benitez, as speculated, "Daily Star". And they still may have a completely different concept of solution to the problem bramkarskiego.

But Wait, what the nearest fifth Premier League round. Saints take on Aston Villa on Saturday and Adkins struggling to maintain jobs.

:? Seems a bit harsh, maybe in the premier league...

Just goes to show, the perception of English football outside of the Country.

When I explained to a French lad who lodged at my place for a bit while he toured England that we have Four/Five pro and national leagues, he was aghast. Couldn't believe that even clubs in the fifth tier get crowds in the thousands. (and yes, when he saw the obreviation 'L Orient' in our third tier..... he freaked out! haha.)

No. we have only 23 players out of restricted 25. meaning we have 2 places left.

Maybe! We've only named 1 keeper but apparently 3 have to be named so we forfeit 2 places so are at a notional 25.

You can link to something that exists, but to link to something that doesn't ??:?

I mean the 25 man rule to get clarification of how the squad has to be made up. The fella above says there is no rule about the keepers which suggests he knows the details of the rule. There is confusion over this and I for one would like to know if we have squad capacity for a free agent or two

I've read the bloody rules and there's no mention of it at all, that still doesn't explain why every team's squad list last season which didn't name 3 over 21 GKs had precisely the number of keepers they hadn't named missing from the 25.

In our case we don't have more than 23 senior pros anyway, but even so, we can definitely sign two free agent keepers because of those 2 empty spaces, because we can clearly add 2 free agent GKs whether the rule exists or not. It's just outfielders there's a question about.

We debated this before (ad nauseum), and as I pointed out if there was such a rule Norwich would be in breach of it this season. No-one has found any evidence such a rule exists. I will try to find a link to a non-existent rule for egg but it may take me some time :-)

Cheeky sod! The existent rule is the 25 man one. It will say what constitutes a 25 man squad. I'd love a link to that please.
