Absolutely shocking. The bloke was already on the run on suspicion of two other killings. I have no idea why he didn't do what he eventually did; turn himself in. Makes no sense whatsoever.

He obviously wanted to "get one over" on the Police once and for all before handing himself in. Sick in the head.

Bet he's got a long record and should have put away for a long time previously. Some people just can't function and should always be banged up. No amount of rehab would sort this guy out
