RoswellSaint Posted 18 November, 2008 Posted 18 November, 2008 Given all the gloom and doom and boycotts, is anyone actually going to the Plymouth game next week? I will be there with my family. Excited about it as its my first trip to SMS. All my recent trips back home have coincided with summer, something to do with my wife preferring the chance of semi-decent weather. But its Thanksgiving here next week, the kids are out of school and I convinced my wife that, with global warming, it will be like the south of France in England. Hope someone else will be there. Hoping for a good game of football. Maybe even a win...alright, maybe not that likely but you can always dream.

You've got as much chance of it being like the south of France over here next week as that place in the USA with the same name as your home town being opened up as a museum. But I hope you have a good time over here because, sure as eggs is eggs, your other half is going to give you sh*t when you get back.

Hope you and your family get to see one of those rarities at SMS, a win.

Michelle Posted 18 November, 2008 Posted 18 November, 2008 I thought you were talking about Plymouth away when I first saw this. Meh. I will be at Home Park, and I may be at SMS, subject to offer of a ticket.
View From The Top Posted 18 November, 2008 Posted 18 November, 2008 I will be at that game for sure. its my yearly away match so wouldnt miss it for the world. And yet you happily spout off telling others how to support Saints despite you yourself going to 1 game a season. Muppet.
Sad Sam Posted 18 November, 2008 Posted 18 November, 2008 I'm going, that's be 3 in a row for me. Mrs is very confused cos after the Watford game I said that was it and I wasn't going til we won at least 5 in a row! Went to buy 2 tickets for Reading on Saturday and somehow came away with a ticket for Wolves and 2 tickets for Plymouth, I think I need some professional help. Just hope that at least one of the 3 ends up as a win!
Mole Posted 18 November, 2008 Posted 18 November, 2008 I will be in attendance on the match thread hoping for a Plymouth win.
RoswellSaint Posted 18 November, 2008 Author Posted 18 November, 2008 I will be in attendance on the match thread hoping for a Plymouth win. I am choosing to boycott the match threads until Lowe is out...or until I return home. Sorry to all the match thread regulars but I have to take a stand on this.
