Colinjb Posted 16 September, 2012 Posted 16 September, 2012 Now, it would be my expectation that players would be given a day off after a game. Not today however, the players are in training. A reaction to the 6-1 or simply routine?
Saint Charlie Posted 16 September, 2012 Posted 16 September, 2012 Routine I think, debrief of the game.
S-Clarke Posted 16 September, 2012 Posted 16 September, 2012 I think our lads have always met up at Staplewood the day after the game, just to go through points and highlight the obvious problems from the previous game (draw a blue line under it etc). Don't think any actual training goes on though until Monday.
Leslie Charteris Posted 16 September, 2012 Posted 16 September, 2012 NA mentioned they'd be watching the video in his post match interview. Lots to look at defensively, I think.
Thedelldays Posted 16 September, 2012 Posted 16 September, 2012 NA mentioned they'd be watching the video in his post match interview. Lots to look at defensively, I think. a great deal of improvement on positioning and closing down will do wonders.....even with the players we have
doddisalegend Posted 16 September, 2012 Posted 16 September, 2012 Routine I think, debrief of the game. bet that will be a long painful session.................
Avenue Saint Posted 16 September, 2012 Posted 16 September, 2012 Close down Block shots Block crosses. ...someone please tweet this to the players as far as what fans want to see.
Essruu Posted 16 September, 2012 Posted 16 September, 2012 They're always in on Sundays now after a Saturday match. Players that played do a cool down session; The ones who didn't play have a regular training session. Then they all (except any that are injured and undergoing treatment) have the Monday off instead of Wednesdays like they used to.
doddisalegend Posted 16 September, 2012 Posted 16 September, 2012 3 positives and 1 negative and all that you can imagine the struggle Nigel "right positives from yesterday Morgan your hair looked nice, Adam nice boots........ermmmm Danny you made a tackle....right one negative..........you were all...ermmmm crap......"
