badgerx16 Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker on Twitter:"Five now for Arsenal. Abacus at the ready..." Run out of fingers already ? ***t.
VectisSaint Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Other than that, players like Morgan and WP have dropped well below the levels they've set this season. This may be a good thing, we've all seen how good they can be this season, but look poor at the Emirates, so maybe Winger will stop sniffing around :-)
Thedelldays Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Fox and Fonte are awful again. Only positive is gaston looks decent, lets move on to the next, we have played 3 teams who will finish at worse 5th, any team below 8th can be won at home, and needs to be. thought FOnte was alright
BotleySaint Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Ramerez = different class Totally. Looks superb!
max_saints Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 buttner scored the third over at old trafford heh heh
Lighthouse Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Wigan 4 goals down against Man Utd, so they're guaranteed to be relegated Norwich let in 5 during their opening fixture, so they're guaranteed to be relegated QPR also let in 5 during their opening fixture, so they're guaranteed to be relegated How can all 4 teams be guaranteed to be relegated, have they changed the rules this year? To be honnest I'm surprised we're playing Arsenal at all, they were relegated last year after they lost 8-2. And why did we play Man Utd in the last game? They lost 6-1 last year surely they must have been relegated too. I don't understand this football lark.
DrZuess1979 the 2nd Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Fonte having the best game I ve seen him play this season
trousers Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 6-1 Walcott. Doesn't celebrate. Fair play
BotleySaint Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 To be fair for all the improvements 6-1 is still utterly embarrassing.
S-Clarke Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 fair play to Theo for not celebrating. Respect.
CanadaSaint Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Fonte having the best game I ve seen him play this season Yes, and he's looked even better for having Yoshida alongside him. But I think we need Yoshida more at LB because Fox has been a big problem all day. All season, actually.
SNSUN Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 FFS We're going to be the laughing stock of the league. I was only saying the other day that we'd done well to keep the goal difference down... I hope we smash Villa!
washsaint Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 What's so LOL about losing 6-1? Pathetic.
Thedelldays Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 ooooh...puncheon nearly scores...good play
Ohio Saint Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Credit to Theo for not looking like he enjoyed that.
Stepgar Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 We at all over the place when the ball goes in to our goal area. We are very panicky and every one runs evey where but towards the ball.
S-Clarke Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 what an unbelievable ball by W-P. unreal.
badgerx16 Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Anybody remember 1998 ? 1 16.08.1998 Liverpool home L1-2 17 0 2 22.08.1998 Charlton Athletic away L0-5 20 0 3 29.08.1998 Nottingham Forest home L1-2 20 0 4 08.09.1998 Leeds United away L0-3 20 0 5 12.09.1998 Newcastle United away L0-4 20 0 6 19.09.1998 Tottenham Hotspur home D1-1 20 1 7 28.09.1998 West Ham United away L0-1 20 1 8 03.10.1998 Manchester United home L0-3 20 1 9 17.10.1998 Arsenal away D1-1 20 2
Thedelldays Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Yes, and he's looked even better for having Yoshida alongside him. But I think we need Yoshida more at LB because Fox has been a big problem all day. All season, actually. how many goals come from the left today..? clyne OG hooiveld from a shot on the right. free kick... theo from a break on the right gervinho tap in from the right that leaves just gervinho
Suhari Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Fox and Fonte are awful again. Only positive is gaston looks decent, lets move on to the next, we have played 3 teams who will finish at worse 5th, any team below 8th can be won at home, and needs to be. Exactly this. Anyone calling for Adkins head, or generally wetting themselves needs to beltthe**** up. .....however, if we've not won in the next 2 games I'll be joining you with the pitchforks and torches.
DrZuess1979 the 2nd Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Punch ****ed about with it too much
pangy Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Be interesting to see what positives NA has from this
Ohio Saint Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 To be fair for all the improvements 6-1 is still utterly embarrassing. The major improvements to the team made an immediate impact when they came on.
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 What's so LOL about losing 6-1? Pathetic. Ignore the dimdays bloke he just wants a reaction...
Crab Lungs Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 class by Walcott. Not sure if AOC would have done the same...
Amesbury Saint Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 A couple more and it is a sacking offence!
BotleySaint Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Just gotta start again next week with Ramirez and Yoshida from the start. Season starts against Villa!
hypochondriac Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Well this is a waste of my time and money. Emirates is a nice stadium though.
S-Clarke Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Be interesting to see what positives NA has from this ''It's only the 4th game, we have 34 more to go''
VectisSaint Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 how many goals come from the left today..? clyne OG hooiveld from a shot on the right. free kick... theo from a break on the right gervinho tap in from the right that leaves just gervinho So that would suggest LB is the weak link then, if their goals are coming from the right.
RobM Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 ''It's only the 4th game, we have 36 more to go'' Counting isn't his strong point then, I assume.
Thedelldays Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 Ignore the dimdays bloke he just wants a reaction... no i don't..just laughing or I will cry....
Saints Fan Dan Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 What's so LOL about losing 6-1? Pathetic. Eh, sometimes all you can do is laugh.
RobM Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 So that would suggest LB is the weak link then, if their goals are coming from the right. OUR right, not theirs. We face the other way.
Thedelldays Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 So that would suggest LB is the weak link then, if their goals are coming from the right. our right
Saint_clark Posted 15 September, 2012 Posted 15 September, 2012 So that would suggest LB is the weak link then, if their goals are coming from the right. No, because those goals came from OUR right. F*cking hell. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?40074-Arsenal-6-1-Saints-Post-Match-Reaction&p=1478324#post1478324
