Ticket office fail (again)

Trying to buy Everton tickets. Season ticket holder with Arsenal and Sheff W tickets on my history. Damn website keeps coming up with 'eligible customers only'. I am eleigible FFS. Try to speak to someone on the phone, only to get a recorded message that they are 'busy' and to try later, then it hangs up.

Have you got a ticket in your basket already? I clicked on the 'obstructed view' category out of interest on the price difference and it seemed to reserve a ticket in that section for me, meaning I got the 'eligible customers only' messaging on the fixture list page. Couldn't find how to remove it so I logged out/back in and the option to buy from all categories returned.

I have just tried to get in to the site, and it's working fine, Chose the tickets I wanted, However I am waiting on a reply from friends at the moment as to whether I'm going to go !

Finally got it to work after several more tries, hopefully I've only been billed for two tickets...

Buying them is just the first hurdle to overcome. The next hurdle is actually receiving them in the post - not that I am at all bitter about my Arsenal ticket disappearing off the face of the planet and having to go to the Emirates to get a reprint!! I bet when I get there they will have no clue what I am on about.
