few points:

1 - no actual details for West Ham and Everton, e.g. - how much and how many?

2 - £15 still a bit steep for Sheff Wed.

3 - a shame they have loyalty points for this one, but not Stevenage as they couldn't be bothered to sell them from Saints

does anyone know how you can find out how many loyalty points you have?!

Spoke to the Ticket Office the other day with the same query. I was told that "the accumulation of loyalty points is not being used yet as it is very early in the season". A bit strange as so much has been made of this on the OS and with each match that is advertised. Make sure your account has a correct record of tickets you have bought.

20 points for a home match v Sheff Weds, yet those of us that went to Stevenage get f**k all.

The system is flawed.

Not really, the system could probably accredit the 700 odd of us who went to stevenage by getting the order information from stevenage and updating the database accordingly, but it is a lot of hassle for a small proportion of the fan base (though quite a large number of people on saints web).

Shame as I would like a better chance for a West Ham ticket than just season ticket + arsenal, but its just how it goes and its the same rules for everyone.

You won't. You have the potential to have Man City + Arsenal + Everton + Sheff Weds, plus the normal ST home points to get priority to get Wham tickets. Do you not agree that those that are willing to go to these games should be rewarded? (I do agree however, that Stevenage should have also been included).

The whole thing is as clear as mud.

I cant make Tues night games as I work. I was thinking of getting a ticket to build my points up as I am staying with my Mum's family for the QPR game, as they're S/T holders there. Now I dont know whether they are using the system or not .

1. Everton allocation doesn't matter as we'll nevr sell out, West Ham should be 3,000 as last season, be handy yo know prices though

2. £15 seems fair enough paid £20 at Stevenage

3. agreed should have given loyalty points for Stevange

Does anyone have the ticket office number or a website address so I can buy a ticket?

The club website is hopeless...it sticks on a page and doesn't go to a home page when I access it.

Is it just me?

Maybe you are being confused by the annoying "splash" screen that pops up overlaying everything. You should click on "ENTER SOUTHAMPTON FC" to get passed it. You need twentytwentyvision to see it :)

After that, the links to tickets are there in the navigation bar at the top.

yep am aware we won't get anywhere near selling out at Everton, and won't be a rush for West Ham this time, but when they advertise "ticket details" would be handy to know how much they'll cost and a allocation

So cheaper than a preseason friendly?

Yes. As I slated them for the pre-season friendly prices, I will now have to give some credit at I think £15 is reasonable for a R3 match against decent Championship opposition.

Although what's the total cost with the booking fee, is it £16.50?

yeh 1.50 booking fee. decent price i agree, perhaps we'll get a good attendance and the club will realise they'll make more money setting sensible prices for unpopular games!

Those who say £15 is a good price in the last round Reading charged their season ticket holders £7 v Peterborough and in the 3rd round West Ham are charging £10 for all prem clash v Wigan

Rough guide to what away match ticket prices should be this season. I'd have thought we'll only have the bottom tier at Everton so £32 or £35.

http://www.evertonfc.com/tickets/prices-seating-plan.html - confirmed here that ticket prices in the same stand we'll be in are £32/£35 for category D game (which we are classed as).

I agree, we should not be charging anymore than £10 for a League Cup game. The only time it should be more would be for a possible last 8 tie. The attendances are embarrassing for this competition and it is all down to the stupid prices. Fairplay to both Reading and WHU for their sensible pricing.

IIRC any price reductions also have to be agreed with the away team.

Depends on how you look at it I guess, I don't consider any competition pointless and want us to win every game we play. £15 is fair for this game IMO, anymore would be too much. Decent CCC opposition, 3rd Round. I agree that the club have got pricing wrong for many cup games though, certainly when it's been League 1 or 2 oppo.

I do think the club should look at putting on special deals for games like this though. For example, if a family of 4 with 2 over 11's want to go it's £50. Make it £40 when buying as a family of 4 (over 11's) or £30 (two under 11's) instead. Stick the kids in one section away from the Northam & Kingsland/Itchen North's though please! Another example of a possible deal could be bring a mate/relative for a fiver, so it would end up working out a tenner each that way. Deals like this = fuller stadium, more spent on the concourses and in the mega store before hand. And then those who don't take part in any of the deals still pay the full price, so the club don't lose out that way.
