I expect we will be making our moves today to allow 2 days to try and get everything else sorted. I would worry more if we still hadn't signed them by say midday on Friday....

Very very good defender.

Would be surprised if we would cost that much. He's been on a downward spiral since he was rated as a good prospect at WBA. His big move to Villa ended up with him playing only about 30 times in 3 years before being loaned out to the Championship with Leicester and then sold to Brum. £6m would seem a bit steep. He's 27 now too, so hardly one for the future.
