Whilst we aren't desperate for centre-mids, I'd still understand it if we moved for Biglia.

 

I wouldn't really understand it if we made a move for Spearing. (Good player, don't get me wrong, but Biglia's in a different league -- Literally).

We won't be signing him. I believe this link was from much earlier in the close season prior to us signing Davis and is just being rehashed. I would expect him to join Bolton.

Nothing wrong with signing experienced Prem midfielders and making sure we have enough to survive the injuries and suspensions. Just not ones who look a bit crap.
