Anyone had any problems with it? I am trying to buy a ticket for Wigan but after logging in I a

Can only get as far as selecting the game, then it takes me to a view of the stadium but no option to request what seat I want. Anyone got any ideas?

I booked two Wigan tickets this afternoon. When the graphic showing the stadium came up i clicked on a seating section which then brings up all the seat numbers contained within and those in green are available. Click on the seat and it gets added below until you then continue with the purchase!

I can't get this to work. I click, get a picture, but cannot get any seating availability up.

 

I think I'm going to have to call.

I tried it on my ipad and the seating plan would not load up... Worked fine on the laptop though.

No problems at all. Ordered my tickets for the UTD game yesterday.

 

Got an email within 5 mins confirming my purchase

If you select a presaved card (rather than enter the card details all over again) and click "Confirm order", bugger all happens!! You have to click on "Delete Tokens" and enter the credit card info again. Wierd bug!!

Often with these sort of things if you change browser from IE to Firefox (or vice versa), you'll find it works.

 

On a different subject, when I first logged in this season I couldn't get in so I asked it to send me a temporary password. This password worked but when I go in and change to a password of my choice, it accepts this change of pw but then when I later try and log in with my new pw, it doesnt work and neither does the previously given temporary one. I have to get it to email me a new one again which I wont change obviously.

The whole password stuff works ok now. You should be able to change it to whatever you want and it'll work now.
