Doesn't mean he won't come if the deal is right.

That's really great news as it means we've moved to the second step in the process. At this rate I'm very confident that we'll be at step 12 by 31st August ............ 2015.

Looks like he is trying to make it clear the player is the bad guy and the chairman has tried all he can to keep him. I'm starting to believe this might actually happen now.

 

How? A bit concerned with how buttner Phillips and Ramirez don't seem to be working out. Maybe I'm panicking

Just as I think it's going ahead, Simon Peach says it's over!

 

I think the Bologna chairman does not want to be the bad guy with the fans and be seen to sell their best player unless he is really forced to. Even then he needs to be seen to be getting the best deal possible. Think a lot of the drama is based around him wanting to show to the fans he was not a soft touch but had no other choice but to sell.

We have the only offer on the table, which is 2.5m euro short of what they want in terms of a net fee.

 

We've agreed the contract with the player. The player has been over and has been sold the whole package.

 

The closer we get ot the end of the window, Bolonga will realise that what we've offered is better than nothing and having an unhappy moping around for 6 months. (value potentially decreasing).

 

The talk of other clubs being interested is just that, talk. They're playing games to try and force our hand. We won't budge and they will be forced to take it at the end of the day.

 

Basically, nothing has changed. Just fresh quotes saying the exactly the same as he did on Monday, just worded slightly differently.

Personally I've given up on this and will be glad when the transfer window shuts.

 

Saying that and trying to stay positive, I am sure NA has got other names on his list, but it does beg the question, why do clubs leave it right down to the wire to get targets in?, the final day of the transfer window is a joke with all these last minute deals and faxes being sent trying to get deals done in time.

A lot of people on twitter (I know) suggesting Saints have signed/agreed a deal with Penarol for the 30% of Ramirez, and that if another team come in for him, there is no way for them to get that 30% off us... Could be a shrude move from NC if actually true.

 

Bloody twitter.....Now we haven't bought 30% of him at all, so that's rubbish.
