Gaston may receive an awful injury and then that's that - possibility of not getting close to what we offered. Are they in a position to pass the finance up completely? I'm not sure myself. As I've held out from the word go, I think they'll keep this going as long as they can until the point that they have no choice. True but surely this is more accurate as to what we should expect rather than one of highlights of the last few years. Thought there is also the issue of maybe he just didnt have a greaat game. We'd coach him into the player we want anyway, which is why we're going for these young players IMO.

Have you considered the club doesn't want to reveal the details of which defenders it is interested in? That doesn't mean "jack-****" is happening on other fronts away from Ramirez. In any case Adkins has confirmed he wants one or two centre backs before the end of the window and also he is happy with Fox and Shaw at left back.

Unfortunately, happy-clappies, this is the REAL world where you dont control the gob of the player or the selling club, and there is a strong track record of all of our activites going very public, successful or not. J-Rod was known for about 6 months, FFS.

In that video he scores at the San Siro against a very good AC Milan side, looks composed on the ball and makes a number of good dribbles (many of which end because he is fouled alot).
