I think they had been down to pay for their 2011/12 season tickets and were somewhat aggrieved that they had to pay to get out of the car park after doing so. Duly marched back to the desk and demanded their money back. Obviously after phoning The Echo to get a photographer down there to fully capture their angst. Think they were father and son. Husband did a 1 on 1 for SaintsPlayer whereas PA guy was at press conference and was probably talking about rumours amongst the gathered press.
