Pretty sure we are just waiting untill deadline day friday to announce it. Just for the deadline day feelgoood factor. (You cant argue there isn't one) Probably all the loose ends are tied up already, just NC wants us to have a bit of the limelight tommorow ;) (not ITK on this, just a hunch)

I was hoping the two CB's and LB we're signing tomorrow would give us that 'feel good' factor.

See, now this is where it makes no sense.

Earlier in the week an agreement had been made between Saints and Penarol. Even then, is this for 30% of the ownership, or is it a 30% sell on clause?

Not sure really but likely, sounds like they don't want to lose the 30% so maybe we are trying to agree a new sell on.

The difference is that one is a contract between Saints and Penarol, and the other is a contract between Bologna and Penarol. If the second one then in theory the agreement has been reached and the player can be transferred to us, as long as the contract is agreed.
