with David beckham working for the club as an ambassador..?

it was all rather mental

Lol. Saint David rang me and told me all that. I laughed at him.

Ha ha, the Javi Saga (one of many). Didn't he roofie Saf and another kid and take them down to Plymouth? Also Cabbage face, and most importantly, Mao Cap. The latter, along with Crab lungs and myself, were accused of being Lowe plants, to the degree that one chap told me he had proof, had my bank details, and knew where I worked/lived, and I was in 'for a world of trouble'. Ironically enough, due to KEEEFS status as a bought bitch at the time, he didn't see anything wrong with it. I wonder if his stance on such matters changed later?

Saf was a strange one. Had some odd paedo thing going on with javi I will KEEEL you. HA

Yeah so you probably weren't the best judge if you are honest. Surprised you were allowed on here at 12.

Probably not. But I can remember and judge in retrospect. I don't think I posted until I was thirteen(too nervous!), but read the forum for quite a while before that.

Seriously? I would find t pretty much impossible to remember and judge something in retrospect from when I was twelve. For a start my memories would be ones of a twelve year old.

I have been on the board in its various guises since 2001 !

I used tobe normal, but the failure to appoint Hoddle in 2004 sent me over the edge (in terms odf the message board world), although I remain surprisingly well balanced in the real world.

This forum is the 'original and still the best', to coin a phrse from a famous breakfast serial

Golden days back on the solstate.chem.ac.uk server, before the webforums. Wonder what happened to Dave Currie?

Golden Days were before we had Turkish and mongs like him here.

The solstate server was a revelation at the time. I used to access from a 3270 (ish), whilst idling at IBM. Forgot about this completely.

How sad that you've felt you have to act the c*nt for the past 8 years.

Weirdo. If you're going to be a character at least be funny or interesting.

Coming up for 9 years actually. One thing I have never done is lower myself to personal abuse, which is a sing of weakness and low intellect IMO

No, you haven't. Hats off for that. Your sign of low intellect (apart from your spelling) manifests itself in many other more obvious ways, to be fair.

Nonetheless, nearly 9 years is admirable dedication to the sheer effort it must take to portray yourself as someone who, by your own admission, you actually aren't. I'm inclined to ask why you bother, but you're clearly very proud of your online persona. So I'll just congratulate you on your achievement and carry on bemused.

Maybe we are just very different people.

Find it very difficult to believe that anyone would be able to remember things as a twelve year old in retrospect. As I said, you would have the memories of a twelve year old so you wouldn't be experiencing these things as an adult. IMO you wouldn't be in a position to judge the quality of a forum at twelve years old. I think if you are honest here, you are probably just exaggerating how much you can remember so that you can join in with the conversation.

Lol. You can believe that if you want but I don't believe you. You may think you are some sort of child prodigy but I'm not buying it. You were thirteen and more than likely had no idea what half the conversations were about. You remind me of Buzzin' Orn.

Don't believe I am a child prodigy at all. That's just ridiculous. I know what I can remember however. I can't be bothered to argue though.

Never used to post much in S4E.

I don't actually think a 12 year old nipper reading a footy forum is all that weird. Most nippers I knew at that age were interested in footy, and twelve years olds of today use stuff like Tumblr and Facebook all the time. Twelve year old nipper posting on a footy forum isn't actually that weird either. We all think we know everything at that age.

Once again, I am both amused and disappointed to see two thirty-somethings bullying someone who is still in his teens, but hey, it's Friday night and there's a recession on. What else are you going to do? ( Apart from knock one off, obviously ).

Exactly. Most young people use the internet regularly from a very young age these days. It happens.

I dunno about the golden era, but the worst time was when we had all the ITK d/ckheads smugly lording it over everyone. As soon as one of the "new posters" popped up they went into overdrive cautioning them not to say anymore except by pm to them. What these muppets didn't realise was that by giving them this attention they were playing right into their hands because all it was all about was market manipulation in respect of SLH. I consistently maintained that administration was inevitable and the best thing that could happen to with the end of the PLC. Thanks to the ITK d/ckheads i'm sure many saints fans and shareholders bought into all the clowns posting on here who were going to buy us.

Keith Legg going on the pre-season tour and the sh*t-storm it created was something to behold.

Ah yes, it was around this time Legg put a thread up entitled "Mike asked me to ask you". F/ck knows what the question was but it perfectly illustrated how utterly cringeworthy the situation had become.

Whatever happened to Roger Beeks? And Master Bates? And SaintLee?

I could be wrong but I seem to recall that Saintlee was having cyber relations with amy, and only found out his mate Keith was also having a bit of the action and going behind his back after the emails were published. There were similar emails to the KL ones but with Saintlee and Amy I think but I never saw them. Was actually on b-anter the night Tandy posted them. Not heard of Saintlee since the s.o.s thing. Something went awry with that I think.

Why are you surprised by that? When I was 12 there was no internet, but i'm sure i'd have been allowed to use it if there was.

Andy was no ordinary 12 year old though. Don't forget he was the board of a hospital around the same time.

The S4E days were fun. Whatever happened to Elvis?

Baiting Javi until he exploded & threatened to kill everyone was enjoyable.

I'm still in contact with Keith & he's still a top bloke.

Elvis is still about, saw him in town the other day.
