Ipod problems

My ipod has decided to stop working. It doesn't acknowledge me pressing the buttons or skipping though with 'the turney thing'. So it's useless because I can't play anything. It's stuck on the menu. I've tried restoring the factory settings but that made no difference.

 

Any ideas?

hold down the middle and menu button at the same time, it usually works for mine. hope this helps in some way

Thanks - not worked though. I'll take it back to the shop and see what they say. Luckly it was paid for on the credit card so there'll be protection from that.

I made the stupid mistake of having the lock button on when i was trying to reset mine! I'm not saying you're stupid but worth bearing in mind!
