bjk Posted 14 November, 2008 Posted 14 November, 2008 We'll be just 6 points off the play offs after tomorrows victory over Wolves and all the other results go in our favour.Come on you Saints.
swannymere Posted 14 November, 2008 Posted 14 November, 2008 You scumbag, how dare you post positive thoughts, call yourself a real fan? :smt027
Yate Saint Posted 14 November, 2008 Posted 14 November, 2008 Wolves are due to lose. COME ON YOU SAINTS.
Bailey Posted 14 November, 2008 Posted 14 November, 2008 For some reason I just think we're going to win 2-1. That's where my positivity ends though, as a heavy defeat is on the cards at Reading IMO!

Saint Martini Posted 14 November, 2008 Posted 14 November, 2008 Finally a topic I want to post on. I was almost going to run to the lounge/TMS until I saw this. People actually wanting to talk about football. Such a delight. But having said that, I don't think we'll get more then a point tomorrow. Anything more then that would be a real bonus.
Junior Mullet Posted 14 November, 2008 Posted 14 November, 2008 I am confident of 3 points if we can contain their strikers tomorrow. We have got to be big and brave at the back and first to the ball - we cant afford to let the ball bounce around in our area as we have let it lately. Personally think that this is not a game for young Ollie and that Perry should start ahead of him if he's available. if we can contain them I reckon it will give our forwards the confidence to attack them and to defend from the front. COYMR

COYMR Contain and strikers in one sentence do not match when talk about our defence.
Saint Martini Posted 14 November, 2008 Posted 14 November, 2008 Anything more? I don't reckon 2 points is going to happen. Yes anything, so 1 point and no new injuries is a bonus.
jawillwill Posted 14 November, 2008 Posted 14 November, 2008 Hang on a sec, I thought this was the game that we are supposed to want to lose? Are we supporting Saints again now then?
swannymere Posted 14 November, 2008 Posted 14 November, 2008 We'll all the part-timers (you know, the celeb-spotting, only support Saints when their winning) types are whining cos they don't get to see Gerrard, Ronaldo and Rooney. But the real fans who support the team through good times and bad want them to win. Simple really.
