maysie Posted 13 July, 2012 Posted 13 July, 2012 Guys, not greatly technologically minded and trying to use Saints Player and the window with the video in etc is about an inch long (so I can't watch anything). Anyone, know what's up or encountered this before? Sorry if I've posted in the wrong section but I'm sure someone will point it out anyway.
maysie Posted 13 July, 2012 Author Posted 13 July, 2012 Sorry Mods managed to fix it myself, please delete.

Yes, you need to make it at least 8 inches long in order to be able to view it comfortably
maysie Posted 13 July, 2012 Author Posted 13 July, 2012 Golden thread? I just found some golden thread and put it in one of the ports on the laptop. Nothing happened?
Jimmy_D Posted 13 July, 2012 Posted 13 July, 2012 Does this happen for all videos or just one in particular? Could be that you've resized the window really small, could be that you need flash player, could be that particular video has a problem, could be a connection issue with your computer, or with Saints Player server... Unfortunately there are a range of different things that can cause issues like this, and you have to go through several steps to eliminate different possible causes.
maysie Posted 13 July, 2012 Author Posted 13 July, 2012 Thanks Jimmy it's just Saints Player, turns out if I refresh each video it goes back to the normal size. Odd.
