notnowcato Posted 11 July, 2012 Posted 11 July, 2012 Ive sat in the east stand archers corner surrounded by Newcastle fans if that counts. That was the night Matty won the game coming from behind in the second half, and yes, I did go feckin mental. QUOTE] Did the same for the Newcastle game during petrol strike about 10 years ago, beat them 2-0 think Marian scored both. "What a waste of petrol.." probably my favourite chant of the day.
Royston Saint Posted 11 July, 2012 Posted 11 July, 2012 Done it at Highbury, we were winning and I got head butted. Woke up in first aid under north bank and Arsenal scored in last minute
wokingsaints Posted 11 July, 2012 Posted 11 July, 2012 done it loads of times, at spurs, qpr, carlisle at wembley, brentford, fulham to mention a few have no problems with it
ericofarabia Posted 11 July, 2012 Posted 11 July, 2012 There is one club we'll play this season where you can do this completely guilt-free - and you can jump up and down to your heart's content when we score even though you may be surrounded by diehard home fans... I'm guessing you mean Fulham? Just don't slag off Michael Jackson or you'll be in deep doo doos!!
Verbal Posted 11 July, 2012 Posted 11 July, 2012 I'm guessing you mean Fulham? Just don't slag off Michael Jackson or you'll be in deep doo doos!! Jacko is hidden behind the Riverside stand, where you have to earn as much as he did to afford a ticket. But yes, Fulham has a large section in the Putney End where fans from either club and neutrals can sit. It's a great place to watch a game, and the only club in all four divisions, I think, where it's allowed.
