Give it to Ron Posted 1 July, 2012 Posted 1 July, 2012 Headless chicken syndrome Funny that Chaplow gets full support...perhaps Jenas needs to up his twitter! Experienced, would compliment Morgan really well - although this is based on a rumour with no substance anyway.
VectisSaint Posted 1 July, 2012 Posted 1 July, 2012 Still not exactly the sort of name 'making me wet' Would Messi "make you wet" or would he make you messy? He's a footballer, he's not meant to make you wet.
PhilippineSaint Posted 1 July, 2012 Posted 1 July, 2012 If there is any truth in this, which I doubt, could it have something to do with us sending Falque back with an "oh my God!" rather than signing him for good which Spurs hoped for, and if the truth be told we might had led them to believe. We've had Forecast from them, then they tried with Falque, and now it's Jenas. What's the connection with Spurs? they are still trying to get there own back for taking Hoddle and spending millions on Richards(RIP)
Pat from Poole Posted 1 July, 2012 Posted 1 July, 2012 I think I would have preferred it if we had signed Danny Guthrie.
Crazy Diamond Posted 1 July, 2012 Posted 1 July, 2012 Fortunately players are picked by football coaches and managers, rather then press officers, who with all due respect may be about as knowledgeable about football as Redknapp (Louise) 'All due respect' as in, none. When you watch as many games as the press officers of any football club do (i.e every single one in that club's season) I think you're more than qualified to make a judgement, and will know something about football.

Of course that's only my opinion and what makes it interesting is opinions. Saying that, I'd be surprised if anybody would go against how great Spain are. Now that has to lead to a better football future.
pimpin4rizeal Posted 2 July, 2012 Posted 2 July, 2012 ive always been a fan of jenas great box to box midfielder. fell down the pecking order at spurs before having couple of bad injury years. id love this to be tru to be honest if we could get him fully fit would be a real asset
SaintBobby Posted 2 July, 2012 Posted 2 July, 2012 Meh. Pretty indifferent. He's a fair player, but I don't attach any credibility at all to the OP's source.
jjsaint Posted 2 July, 2012 Posted 2 July, 2012 No thank you, unless we have an advanced physicist on SWF who can build a time machine and get us Jenas from around 2005. Even then I think we could do better.
theyin Posted 3 July, 2012 Posted 3 July, 2012 Flashes of quality down the years but never been impressed by his team effort. Watch him lose the ball too many times and never chased it just let his shoulders drop and watched
