So we won't have to log in to buy City tickets tomorrow? Or have I read that wrong? If we can't sign in tomorrow then no one can buy City tickets!

 

I've managed to get into Ajax ticket sales without logging in first, didn't actually buy the ticket but I assume the login was later in the process - they may have just blocked off the ST login to people who already have an ST.

 

Don't quote me on that.

Just looked in spam and the new password has gone into there.

 

EDIT: Used that password, signed in fine. Changed it to a new, more memorable password, and now it won't f*cking log in. The ticket office is a joke.

i had to change my recently form the originaL of date of birth, just ask them to send you a new password and it comes through in seconds to your email address. My new password works fine for me now and I can enter system no problem

 

I already changed mine from the original though, what you've done is got a replacement password altogether, and there's no logical reason why every single person should have to do that, especially if they'd already changed the default !

Just for the record, went into the pre-season ticket site and there's a big message saying :

PLEASE NOTE: If this is your first purchase via the Club’s new ticketing website then, your Customer Number and login credentials will be provided via a second Purchase Confirmation email. If you have previously used the new site then, in order to make the process as easy as possible, you will not be asked to login on this occasion.

 

There's also nowhere on the pre-season ticket booking form to enter a customer number - so it WON'T be the same system for Man City based on that alone.

I did this.. reset password, changed it to a new password and now I can't log in again!

+1 !!! Stupidly annoying and crap! Reset it 3 different times now! Log in with temp password, fine, change to new password, log out, log in with new password, ERROR! I can log in fine with the latest temporary password they've sent me so im gonna leave it for a bit and then wait until the weekend and try changing it again. Awful

Bought a season ticket for my lad (12) in June. Although he was on the system as a J Saint member for some years, the TO said I would need to drop in with proof of his age before they would release the ticket. Frustrating, especially as I live over an hour away, but understandable. I planned to do this at the Wigan game.

 

Lo and behold, with me having done nothing else, the ticket and DVD etc duly arrived this morning. No idea why the change of heart but one less thing to sort out, so cheers TO!

Ordered mine a month ago & still no sign. Chased it up a week ago by email & no reply. Everytime I call & use the 'speak to an operator' option I just get an 'all our operators are busy message'. When I tried the 'season ticket' information option I got a message about our away alloocation to the Leeds United game!?!?!?!
