New purchase Season Tickets

..but seriously, I ordered mine on 26th June and it came yesterday. I rang the TO when I became concerned and they said I needed to speak to customer services. 08456889288, then 9 to speak to someone.

 

I emailed them in the end

 

tickets@saintsfc.co.uk

 

and got a prompt reply explaining the way they were being batched and sent out.

my friend has decided to buy a new ST and is trying to do it online.

She's a bit stupid with computer stuff and having a bit of trouble.

Can you chose the installment plan payment option online ? or to do that do you need to get the ST from the ticket office.

Ordered mine 2nd July but not yet arrived. phoned the 0845 number and eventually got through after being chucked out numerous times. they said tickets ordered early july will be printed and sent out end of this week or start of next week. Had probs with royal mail sending too many out at the same time.

Is this New ST's I presume and not renewals?

Just spoken to someone at the ticket office again, with regards to 2 new season tickets and not having received any forms or contact. Was again told that there has been a problem between the club and the banks, apparently the direct debit details of customers have not transferred properly. The lady said that there would be a letter sent out 'within the next couple of days (was told the same on Saturday) and that the season tickets are secured.

She also mentioned that there would not be any months were people had to pay 2 installments and that if this was the case the installments would just be paid back over more months.

 

Seems there has been a bit of a cock up anyway.

I tried to get one yesterday as that's where my mates who renewed, moved their seats to. When I called I was told that there were no seats available in Block 3 as they have been reserved by the club, for players and staff. I then booked my ticket in block 2 on my todd and my mate has since somehow got a seat in Block 3 for his missus. f*cking furious! :x

 

After 3 emails and a few phonecalls, I finally managed to get my ST moved to Block 3, albeit, the row behind my mates. Went and picked it up today and they even took me up to my seat to see if I was happy with the view.

 

A bit of a balls up at first but actually quite good customer service in the end.... whowouldathought!?

So are all the new season tickets meant to have been posted to us then?

 

If you read my earlier comments you would know that the answer is no. Was told that new buyers tickets will be printed and sent out end of this week or beginning of next week. Still waiting for mine and my Daughter's orded 2nd July.

First time buyer me (bloody plastic JCLs!), I ordered three on Monday, got the order all sorted and the guy said they will be ready for collection in a couple of days. I pointed out (nicely!) that I live 150 miles away and I wouldn't be dropping past SMS any time soon, any chance they could put them in the post? No worries he said, they arrived this morning!

 

It's fashionable to knock the TO (I've done it!) but fair play when they get it right - excellent guy I spoke to and excellent customer service to get it sorted in two days ... I'll have to try and watch the dvd when I get a minute, a v. professional package they have put together.

Looking through the site there are 5164 available plus 643 in family. Getting a ticket if you are non s/t is going to be tough.

 

Not really all that different to our previous Premier League years. 23,000 STs, 3,200 away fans, plus whatever in the corporate area only ever left around 4,000 - 5,000 tickets for the top games.

can anyone see how many we have sold now? i tried to login but password doesn't seem to work anymore?

 

I think that's the same for anyone who's already bought an ST, probably a temp measure to stop everyone checking on the numbers !

 

You can still buy individual match tickets with login though.

I've a feeling this new online ticketing system is going to be worse than before. Password isn't working and can't work out how to link my mates ST numbers, is it possible?

 

It was certainly possible when we bought ours a month or so ago - in fact at one point you could slap any old info in for their DoB and it would add them to your account as linked, thereby telling you what their DoB actually was, so technically speaking you could have then logged in as them (DoB was the default password) and done whatever you liked on their account !

Yeah that's what I thought, I remember seeing a link to it when I got mine ages ago but we decided to sort it out nearer the time. Hopefully they will put the link back up at some point before City tickets go on sale, I won't be holding my breath though!

Had the same problem. phoned the 0845 6889288 number eventually got through and they re set the same password. Seems ok now.

Had the same problem whereby everytime I try to login my password doesn't work and then I reset it and it works. Then few days later it stops working again.

 

Anyway can someone please confirm how many sold and whether we are the best supported club in the uk ?

Want to make sure I can log in tonight because I don't want to f*ck about in the morning when City tickets are on sale. Then when I press for my password to be reset, they tell me they've sent an email with my new password. What a surprise, no email half an hour later. F*cking ticket office.

So we won't have to log in to buy City tickets tomorrow? Or have I read that wrong? If we can't sign in tomorrow then no one can buy City tickets!

i had to change my recently form the originaL of date of birth, just ask them to send you a new password and it comes through in seconds to your email address. My new password works fine for me now and I can enter system no problem
