Ex Ringwood Saint Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 See west ham have a relatively easy start.....FA fix again?
Pancake Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 FFS, birthday on a Sat for once, and yet no game that weekend. We better still be in the bloody cup by then...
Golac's Iron Gonads Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 I'm rather happy to be getting some of the big teams out of the way first, they are usually bedding in superstar signings and not quite clicking after the summer break. Man Utd are always slow starters.
Thedelldays Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 scroll down on the link and you can see all the other teams fixtures would not want swansea's last 6 games http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2159256/Premier-League-fixtures-2012-13.html
Thedelldays Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 WBA have Man U at home last day of the season....
Sour Mash Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 we have the best run in compared to all the other so called bottom 8 teams....(at a glance) but the worst start swansea have the worst run in...... Could well argue that the best time to play the "big" teams is at the start of the season, at least one of them normally has a slow start, players tired after the Euros etc, and better than playing them when they're in full flow at the end of the season pushing for the title and beating everything in sight.
del boy Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 My money is on all these ITK rumours being b/llocks. Funny that isn't it....there's probably a whole page of posts somewhere where they're apologising - oh well maybe not

LOL 3 from the first 4 are City, UTD and Arsenal.
Saint Garrett Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 Lets hope we have put the majority of our squad together in time for us to not get a dicking in the first 4 games.

Thedelldays Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 April is a huge month...the fixture computer was very kind to us there
Ivan Katalinic's 'tache Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 Don't see any problems with the list. We are Southampton, we always finish 2nd.

Tractor_Saint Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 Saints fixtures on Google Calendar now: http://bit.ly/saints2012 If you've also got google calendar there's a button at the bottom where you can add the fixtures. I'll also update it as the fixtures move around and put the results in each game which will update in your calendar as well.
rshephard3 Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 4 points from 4 would be a fine start. Welcome back with that start! Not the worst thing to get 3 of those huge fixtures done in the first few weeks though IMO.
Thedelldays Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 for a team that is used to winning most weeks for the last 2 years...to probably getting a couple of heavy defeats to start with....nigel is going to have to keep spirits up
Lazlo78 Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 Sunday 19th of May we will relegate stoke to the NpC.

K,Billy's supersound Posted 18 June, 2012 Posted 18 June, 2012 Manchester City away. We will down the champions and thus introduce the premireship to 'the southampton way'. start as we mean to carry on top 6 finish to start off, then top four the season after, then.... Believe

This Charming Man Posted 5 July, 2012 Posted 5 July, 2012 Calendar updated now with today's fixture changes. Cheers for that mate. Took seconds to transfer to my phone. Top work.
farawaysaint Posted 5 July, 2012 Posted 5 July, 2012 Believe I believe we will lose by at least 3 clear goals Let's be honest we are like one of the Spanish teams playing Barca or Real when we face City. They've boug the league with oil money and we can't realistically compete. I'll still be hopeful until they start dicking us though
Crazy Diamond Posted 5 July, 2012 Posted 5 July, 2012 Whoever it is, I'm willing to say the opening fixture won't be a Saturday 3pm kick-off. I don't like saying I told you so. Okay maybe I like it a little bit.
The Saturday Boy Posted 5 July, 2012 Posted 5 July, 2012 Man United away moved back a day - http://www.manutd.com/en/News-And-Features/Football-News/2012/Jul/manchester-united-live-television-dates-announced.aspx
This Charming Man Posted 5 July, 2012 Posted 5 July, 2012 I don't like saying I told you so. Okay maybe I like it a little bit. The fact that 99% of the forum also said the same thing does take the shine off it a little bit though.
BlakeySFC Posted 5 July, 2012 Posted 5 July, 2012 Anyone know when the Premier League 2012/13 handbook gets released?
trousers Posted 6 July, 2012 Posted 6 July, 2012 http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2834191,00.html Three of Saints' Barclays Premier League matches have been pushed back to new dates. In addition to the televised matches unveiled earlier this week, there are some further amends to the fixture schedule. The home games against Tottenham and Norwich will now take place 24 hours later than originally planned. Due to their Europa League involvement, Spurs are coming to visit St Mary's on Sunday 28th October, 3pm kick-off, whilst the hosting of Norwich City is also pushed back to Wednesday 28th November, kick-off 7.45pm. After the New Year, Saints' will now visit Manchester United at Old Trafford on Wednesday 30th January with a kick-off time of 8pm in place.
Tractor_Saint Posted 6 July, 2012 Posted 6 July, 2012 This is turning out to be a full time job. Saints Google Calendar updated again: http://bit.ly/saints2012
