Saint J 77 Posted 3 June, 2012 Share Posted 3 June, 2012 Nice free video from the OS. I was interested to see at 1.51 Jos Hooiveld clearly is the player that handballs the cross for our 2 penalty in the 3-2 win at Millwall this season. I can't find a clear version of TV highlights for that game but I remember thinking it was the Millwall Player who handled it from the Football League highlights. I can only find this low res video recorded off the tv onto someones camera phone by the looks of things. Can anyone one find decent link to the TV highlights for that game? david in sweden Posted 4 June, 2012 Share Posted 4 June, 2012 This handball you mean? PLUS ..you'd have to ask yourself....Why does he have his arm up above head height? ......almost every other player has hands below waist height, and from this angle...All Saints players have short-sleeved shirts on ..if Hooiveld had handled it - wouldn't you see a bare arm and hand in the pic.? If this really is THE picture of that offence, it's def. handball.

Jack Posted 4 June, 2012 Share Posted 4 June, 2012 Really good to see these vidoes. August and September really were incredible. Couple of things I really noticed from these was how much our starting XI changed through the season, and how we changed tactically. The way we kept and moved the ball in those first couple of months was unbelievable. Cork's through ball for Guly's goal vs Millwall was sublime, as were a few of Guly's performances early on. Real shame he never kept that up after about the end of October, we could well have had a better shot at the title if he'd kept up with that level of performance and strike rate
Colinjb Posted 7 June, 2012 Share Posted 7 June, 2012 Cheers MLG Well, had you read the match reports I post the answer would already have been known. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/content.php?284-Mid-March-Results-Round-Up
