Oracle v Google

I see that from starting with a claim for $6 billion dollars against google and rejecting a pretrial offer that would have netted them millons at least the judge has now ruled decisively against Oracle and the most they can now get is $150,000 over the only guilty vote relating to 9 lines of trivial code. It appears Oracle had not counted on having a judge that not only had previously done some programming but actually taught himself java to better understand the case.
