Will make the most of my free morning....but got a feeling I'm going to miss all the action this PM.

Dell Piero would be an epic signing. What a window if he signs alongside Gaton Ramirez.

Hello football world...we're back.....and we're not little old southampton anymore!

You can register people anytime, the deadline is for transferring players from one club to another

We have to register our 25 man squad list with the League a the close of the window, so if he doesn't sign today he won't be on that list. Therefore we could sign him after today but we won't be able to play him.

This is correct ^. Only players you can register outside of the Transfer Window in the Premier are emergency Goalkeepers.

His brother says he still hasn't decided his destination yet. But another meeting is scheduled with Sydney for Monday which would seemingly rule this out.

His brother needs to speak to the Sydney chairman a bit sharpish then

Italian football expert James Horncastle: "Sydney FC chairman Scott Barlow has confirmed the signing of Alessandro Del Piero to the Sydney Morning Herald: 'This is huge for Sydney FC, huge for the A-League and huge for Australian football. We feel honoured that Alessandro has decided to play for Sydney FC and we share his excitement that a move to Sydney FC will create a lasting legacy for football in this country.'"

If we have Ramirez we dont need ADP. They play same position more or less, though ADP is more advanced. Its possible ADP would play as the "punta"- ( focal reference point up front in a 451 as he would know how to do that but where does that leave BS?

I get the impression ADP is a "just in case" option should GR go wrong at last minute as i cannot see us playing ramirez, ADP and AL at same time. YB is a different kettle of fish though- he could be the next CMFG for us...but about 100x better. Hes got a right little engine on him plus he can shoot plus he can dribble and hes just non stop when on form. Like Chappers but with lots more skill.
