However, it was found that the road and underlying sewers might not withstand the weight of the lorry/crane combo aswell as the weight of the boat.....so in the garden it remains........

The closed up station house there was home to a model railway society and their model railway (with model landscaping, trees and people etc) was about 10m long and had a terminus station etc. Vandals would have loved it. Not sure it's still there though.
