StDunko Posted 18 May, 2012 Posted 18 May, 2012 Can't believe that no one has mentioned WGS yet. (Unless I missed it!) Wee Gordon Strachen
Redondo Saint Posted 18 May, 2012 Posted 18 May, 2012 Don't start a thread with the word "Right". It's not big or clever.

Frank's cousin Posted 18 May, 2012 Posted 18 May, 2012 JVTCD: Je voudrais trois cochin d'inde. IMDM: Ich mochte drei meerschweinshen. PEIVC: Pater est in via circumspectat. You spelt meerschweinschen wrong - but nice acroyms - although being a pedant and an acronym should spell a new word... you know lie in the 'Men form U.N.C.L.E' etc...

Deano6 Posted 18 May, 2012 Posted 18 May, 2012 What does KONY mean? Been seeing people using it everywhere this year, not just on this site, but can't for the life of my figure out what people are on about. Since nobody else seems to have picked up on it I assume everyone is using it towards me, so have taken it to mean the King Of New York, where I live, but to be honest some of the people out there haven't been too nice about me.
La BoIS Saint Posted 18 May, 2012 Posted 18 May, 2012 Just to be pedantic the majority of these are abbreviations not acronyms.
Ohio Saint Posted 18 May, 2012 Posted 18 May, 2012 Pedantic is a word most commonly used by pedants. I'm going to start using the word "Studly" a lot, and see where that gets me.
Jonnyboy Posted 18 May, 2012 Posted 18 May, 2012 I thought that was TCWTB ? For a while, I thought that was: That Cvnt Westwood The B*stard.

PhilippineSaint Posted 18 May, 2012 Posted 18 May, 2012 For a while, I thought that was: That Cvnt Westwood The B*stard. it does mean that as well i believe.

StDunko Posted 18 May, 2012 Posted 18 May, 2012 Can't quite remember exactly but what is, something like, rolfcopter I think it is actually roFLcopter rather than roLFcopter. Which is a evolution of rofl: Rolling on floor laughing. Roflcopter means: Rolling On Floor Laughing Can't Operate Properly Til Eyes Re-adjust HTH

Badger Posted 19 May, 2012 Posted 19 May, 2012 Please don't forget the famous IMHO - in my humble opinion. This was the customary sign off by one poster ( Morph from memory) during the summer of 2007 and the Paul Allen saga.
