QPR or Bolton

Glad Bolton went down, as mentioned before as QPR is another easy away game to get to. Shame Wigan didn't go down as well. Also glad the Moan U fans had to suffer today - still remember the ****s when they sent us down 7 years ago.

Certainly an exciting game at the end, I thought Mark Hughes was going to spoil the party, (I can imaging him wanting to get into a room with Joey Barton on his own and get someone to lock the door from outside). Well done Man City.

Glad QPR stayed up, cos now I can give my Boss some chirp next season.

Well hope city enjoy their day because they will be playing for 2nd next season after we wrap up the title with a game or so to spare

Lallana voted POTS with 23 goals from midfield, Lambert with 35 goals for the season and 6 caps to his name, and Guly getting goal of the season with a reverse chip over David De Gea in our 4-1 demolition of Man Utd at Old Trafford. Funnily enough you'd think one of those players would be Southampton fans' POTS, but summer signing Jonny Evans from Manchester United is an ever present rock in the heart of defence.

That was incredible. I've never seen anything like that in football.

QPR deserve a huge amount of credit and they deserve to stay up on that, even though they lost in the end. A fantastic spectacle and it's exactly what football is all about.

Those moments of commentary from Tyler will go down in history, epic.

Can understand barton's frustration- at least, he got value for money for his sending off. Cheating argie. Two reds and there wouldn't have been any complaints.

You can be frustrated, but you don't have to go around wanting to beat everyone up. The guy is a nut case and needs help.

I am glad the referee booked Aguero for taking his shirt off when he scored the goal that won the title on 94 minutes. There is no place for celebrating goals like that in football. FFS.

He got booked for that!? (Best teenage girl voice) O.......M.........G!

It's called consistency ffs -check the word up

I know it's the rules but the lad had just scored the title winning goal in the last minute of the season. Surely they can show a bit of leniency given the circumstances.

Nope, simply because at the end of the day Mike Dean knows that in showing leniency he will get marked down in his assessors report, which might go against him in the maintaining of his Premiership referee status. Agree though bloomin stupid in the moment, just like Billy Sharp getting a yellow for high fiving a Five year old at SMS, apparently that was inciting the crowd!!!??!!

Sent a Citeh mate a txt right on the whistle that simply said Lol.

He replied. Piece of cake, we still had 5 seconds left.

That sort of summed it up.

BUT bit disappointed. I mean, we were all SOOOOOOOO hoping to be given a Bank Holiday down here tomorrow

Thank GOD

Just carrying out what they are told. If they do not it could be the difference between refereeing in the premier league and the championship next season. He would have been marked down if he did not book him.

Agreed it is stupid, but most of the FA are!

This is the season that future seasons will be judged by.

For City to stretch out to what looked like a title winning lead earlier in the season, followed by United stretching out what looked like a title winning lead with just 5 games to go, followed by City clawing it back and then on the last day the title changing hands several times, to finally change hands for the last time AFTER the final whistle had gone at the United game... to win it on goal difference... less goal difference than that caused by the matches between those two clubs...

Not to mention that the two teams are massive local rivals with City having lived in United's shadow for several decades. Plus the Tevez saga (remember the "welcome to Manchester" posters?) and also Rooney's on/off move to City a year or two ago. And then there's Balotelli...

I didn't say I was at a football match ;)

I have to say it is a seriously grim stadium - especially from the outside. Must be the colour.

Went to the Commonwealth Games there in 2002 when Edwards and Radcliffe won gold. it was rocking that night!

And the 6-1 at Old Trafford and the whole 'noisy neighbours' thing and the whole "Will Manchester City ever win the Premier League Title Sir Alex? “Not in my Lifetime" .....awesome

That explains the "not in my lifetime" banner being paraded on the pitch today. I must have missed that quote. I tend to turn over when old red-face comes on, otherwise I start swearing at the TV far too much.
