The9 Posted 4 May, 2012 Share Posted 4 May, 2012 (edited) Maynor Figueroa (Stoke v) Wigan 12/12/09 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D2Q4Wlu5xkg Dennis Bergkamp (Leicester v) Arsenal 27/08/97 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEZQzGGFQl0 Eric Cantona Man U (v Sunderland) 21/12/96 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LjQwIqkYDeo See how many of those make the list . Clearly you wouldn't be asking for "20 seasons" if you didn't mean every team from the duration of the Prem, because we were only up there for 13 years... also, Chris Baird's was from the Championship... What's that ? Didn't explain the criteria in the OP ? Whoops... Edited 4 May, 2012 by The9

The9 Posted 4 May, 2012 Share Posted 4 May, 2012 (edited) Indigenous Farming Conference? Saints Innernets FC. Ask Grunty. It's just an excuse for me to repost my overhead kick again, and maybe the one in the second half too. Ooh, hang on, I scored 2 in the Forum match as well, that was Southampton v Southampton... and the ones against Pompey Online... I have them all on video, maybe I'll do a spin off of your spin off. Might have to restrict it to 8 though. Oh, and Pahars' nutmeg on Stam v Man U 1999, Pahars v Skates 2003, Kevin Davies dribble v Everton 1997(ish). Colinjb Posted 4 May, 2012 Author Share Posted 4 May, 2012 Well, that was one half arsed idea that died quickly. Never mind.
jawillwill Posted 4 May, 2012 Share Posted 4 May, 2012 Le Tissier v Schmeichel. One of my favourite MLT goals of all time, making arguably the best goal keeper of all time make very ordinary.
Pamplemousse Posted 4 May, 2012 Share Posted 4 May, 2012 Guly v Blackpool, early 2011 FA Cup Round 3 game Lambert v MK Dons away, can't remember when it was but the one he scored almost from the halfway line.
Cascadia Saint Posted 5 May, 2012 Share Posted 5 May, 2012 Obvious or not, I have to have Matty vs Newcastle, and Matty vs Blackburn. And then maybe.... Barry Horne injury time against Bolton. Cos I was there to see it...

Nigel=God-Poyet=Sod Posted 5 May, 2012 Share Posted 5 May, 2012 I'll second the Rickie goal vs MK Dons away in March 2010, when we won 3-0 and he got a hat trick. It was the third goal (near the half way line) Also James Beattie vs Chelsea away in 2004 I think. He scored past Cech from the half way line after 12.5 seconds. At least we led for some time at least...
ThreeSixty Posted 5 May, 2012 Share Posted 5 May, 2012 Le God vs Forrest? (I think) Left food volley, unbelievable technique.
The9 Posted 5 May, 2012 Share Posted 5 May, 2012 Well, that was one half arsed idea that died quickly. Never mind. If it's still here on Monday / Tuesday it has a chance.

ThorpG Posted 6 May, 2012 Share Posted 6 May, 2012 Matty vs. Newcastle where he flicks it over everyone's heads. Matty vs. Blackburn Pahars vs. Skates - a bit sentimental maybe but loved Pahars, was a great goal and was one of the last great things he did in a Saints shirt. Saintandy666 Posted 6 May, 2012 Share Posted 6 May, 2012 There should be a Matt Le Tissier section, and then a non Matt le Tissier section...
Badger Posted 6 May, 2012 Share Posted 6 May, 2012 The passing goal with Keegan and Channon. Its on youtube somewhere but I cannae be arsed to find it. Against Liverpool. Would certainly get my vote as the best 'team goal' I've seen in over 40years. It is however more than the twenty years suggested by the OP so not up for votes here. In the last twenty years, it has to be MLT's first vNewcastle 1994.
