"I've certainly got unfinished business in the Premier League. I want to stay there for as long as I can, for the rest of my career if possible, and I'd like to do that with Southampton as well"

He pretty much does say that

Personally I read it as I'm happy at saints as long as they stay in the PL .........

Arguing over symantics, how long before this thread is locked?

It's a fairly important point though. It's quite different saying you want to spend your career at a club to saying you want to stay in the premier league for your career hopefully with the same club.

Fox is alot better than people on here are giving him credit for.

His form since joining Saints shows he's easily capable of playing in the Premier League and I'm not at all surprised to see this rumour resurface.

He's twice the player Harding is too and that's no criticism of DH.

Forgive me for maybe sounding a bit thick, but how does someones performance in a championship team show they are easily capable of playing in the Premier League?

Would you say Lallana, Lambert and Schniderlin are capable of playing in the Premier League?

do you not think lambert, lallana etc are not capable?

I expect so, but just because someone performs well in one league is by no mean proof that they are 'easily capable' of playing in the premier league, only time will tell.

You are quite possibly the most boring individual ever to grace an Internet forum.

So what are you basing your view that Those three can play in the premier league on?
