hypochondriac Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~2759014,00.html Great read from the OS...wants to finish his career here TBF he didn't actually say that.
doddisalegend Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 his agent hasn't told him spurs are after him yet then....
doddisalegend Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 TBF he didn't actually say that. No he says he wants to stay in the PL as long as possible hopefuly with saints....which isn't the same thing as wanting to spend the rest of his days at saints
Saint_Donovan Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 "I've certainly got unfinished business in the Premier League. I want to stay there for as long as I can, for the rest of my career if possible, and I'd like to do that with Southampton as well" He pretty much does say that

trousers Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 Arguing over symantics, how long before this thread is locked? I'll give it 67 pages
Saint Charlie Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 OS has got miles better since the guy from Millwall joined.
hypochondriac Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 Arguing over symantics, how long before this thread is locked? It's a fairly important point though. It's quite different saying you want to spend your career at a club to saying you want to stay in the premier league for your career hopefully with the same club.
Bailey Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 Fox is alot better than people on here are giving him credit for. His form since joining Saints shows he's easily capable of playing in the Premier League and I'm not at all surprised to see this rumour resurface. He's twice the player Harding is too and that's no criticism of DH.
waggy Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 Pantomime season is early this year................ oh no it isn't!
Avenue Saint Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 It's a fairly important point though. It's quite different saying you want to spend your career at a club to saying you want to stay in the premier league for your career hopefully with the same club. Yawn.....

Spudders Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 His form since joining Saints shows he's easily capable of playing in the Premier League Forgive me for maybe sounding a bit thick, but how does someones performance in a championship team show they are easily capable of playing in the Premier League?
Thedelldays Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 It's a fairly important point though. It's quite different saying you want to spend your career at a club to saying you want to stay in the premier league for your career hopefully with the same club. not really is it...just saying what all would say in this interview
Thedelldays Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 Forgive me for maybe sounding a bit thick, but how does someones performance in a championship team show they are easily capable of playing in the Premier League? do you not think lambert, lallana etc are not capable?
Turkish Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 Forgive me for maybe sounding a bit thick, but how does someones performance in a championship team show they are easily capable of playing in the Premier League? Would you say Lallana, Lambert and Schniderlin are capable of playing in the Premier League?
scotty Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 What a load of rubbish. He's off to Spurs. A confident statement....
Spudders Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 do you not think lambert, lallana etc are not capable? Would you say Lallana, Lambert and Schniderlin are capable of playing in the Premier League? I expect so, but just because someone performs well in one league is by no mean proof that they are 'easily capable' of playing in the premier league, only time will tell.
Colbury Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 It's a fairly important point though. It's quite different saying you want to spend your career at a club to saying you want to stay in the premier league for your career hopefully with the same club. You are quite possibly the most boring individual ever to grace an Internet forum.
hypochondriac Posted 4 May, 2012 Posted 4 May, 2012 Fairly important.............. Fairly important in the context of the thread.

So what are you basing your view that Those three can play in the premier league on?
