Pedro Posted 2 May, 2012 Share Posted 2 May, 2012 I'm not a habitual gambler, the only time and place that I do have a flutter is at the match. I hope we change this Betting Room lot, because of all the celebrations and long queues on Saturday I have to go to Portsmouth for my money or claim by post. At least with a national chain you can go to any local shop to be paid out. The concourses really need sorting out if we're going to get a lot of full houses next year, the time it takes to get food or drink is stupid. I usually come straight from work so want a snack but the service is so poor I just don't bother, wonder how much business the club is losing because of this and poor quality. This Charming Man Posted 2 May, 2012 Share Posted 2 May, 2012 They're a Skate betting firm, anyone that uses them is a traitor. Do all your betting on-line and you get better odds and don't have to go anywhere to fetch your winnings.
SNOWY Posted 2 May, 2012 Share Posted 2 May, 2012 Set yourself up with an on-line account with one of the leading bookmakers. They all offer a full range of bets on every match. You can bet from your pc, ipad phone etc. A lot easier in my opinion.

CB Saint Posted 2 May, 2012 Share Posted 2 May, 2012 £330 on Sharp to score first and 4 - 0. massive rows at the bookies after the game as a lot of people had thought Lallana has scored first.

bowers-sfc Posted 2 May, 2012 Share Posted 2 May, 2012 I had £118... £3 on Sharp first and 4-0 and £3 on lallana last goal. Had lallana last goal by accident. Was meant to put first, so went down at halftime to collect and they pointed out my mistake. Told him I would be back after the game didn't think I stood a chance! sambosa75 Posted 2 May, 2012 Share Posted 2 May, 2012 I don't quite get why anyone wouldn't just do it online. Only reason seems to be impulse gambling, which is always a bad idea! Maybe but its a lot more fun. When it was Ladbrokes it was much better. There is no denying this. The amount of times I'd get to the game ****ed, lay a few bets, forget I had placed the bets until Sunday morning and then find out I'd had a winner or two... Always took the edge off the Sunday morning hangover!
