bender Posted 2 May, 2012 Author Share Posted 2 May, 2012 Because that would be stretching the original video as your upload to youtube cannot be changed. Better just to take it direct from BBC iPLayer at 16:9 Can you download to video file from iPlayer? The reason why it's 4:3 not 16:9 is because I streamed it to my DVD/HD recorder from my Virgin Media box and from this converted it into a avi file and then onto youtube. That DVD/HD recorder is 6 years old and only inputs at 4:3.

BlakeySFC Posted 2 May, 2012 Share Posted 2 May, 2012 Just spent 30 minutes downloading a free Youtube converter and then youtuber to AVI file converter just for this video as Keepvid isn't available for Mac It's well worth the time and effort
Sour Mash Posted 2 May, 2012 Share Posted 2 May, 2012 Bialkowski poking his head out the door when Fontes being interviewed... Yeah made me chuckle that. Fair play to the BBC for their coverage on the overall game and then all the stuff done on the football elague show, great stuff.

mancsaint Posted 2 May, 2012 Share Posted 2 May, 2012 http://linuxcentre.net/getiplayer Go here download "Get iPlayer" and install it. Then have a shortcut on your desktop with the target set as "C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c pvr_manager.cmd" and you can the see all iPLayer stuff in your browser and have plenty of options to download etc. Mancsaint

Sent from my R800i using Tapatalk 2 Exactly. keepvid.com offers you a client you can download youtube clips with but it converts online too as long as you've got Java installed/
Vegas Posted 3 May, 2012 Share Posted 3 May, 2012 You need to register for this site but the full program is available via bit torrent here: http://www.uknova.com/wsgi/torrent/view/130541 They also have the full MOTD Live game as well. If you don't have a bit torrent client, I recommend uTorrent. The torrents will come down around the first week of June, so there's plenty of time to get them both
