i skimmed the article earlier and it said it was revealed on the friday 29th online, and went on sale on the 1st. i overlooked the extra day in june as an assumption that they would release the design online the day before it went on sales.

i don't care when the kit comes out, i think its stupid that u can only buy blank shirts in the west quay store

 

a name and number add an extra £10, no idea how much profit that equates to, but it's something. so therefore it is bad management, and like i said, they may not feel the need to do custom name/number there, but at least have a pile of pre printed shirts, no?

I would guess that is why they have gone with it, to differentiate us from Stoke and Sunderland.. I am with you however, I do not like it, I am quite happy with last years shirt which I think was damn bloody smart, and I won't be buying this unless I am miraculously blown away with it.....We shall see!

Search the saintsfc hash tag and feast your eyes on some of the idiocy. It beggars belief. 'OH THIS IS VIRTUALLY THE NEW HOME KIT!!!' - no it's not. One person put up a mock up and some other idiot said 'that's what it looks like, I'm ITK, wait and see'.

 

There are some absolute morons out there and unfortunately a lot of them both have Twitter and support our club.

it will be mostly red, it will probably have an element of white in it....it won't have hoop stripes.

 

there is only so much they can tweak said colours..

 

it will be out this weekend..and will be on sale all year......

 

you know what, there will be those that will stamp their feet, kick off, complain...complain that the design is crap, complain that the material is too figure hugging for their over weight bodies and then complain they can't get the shirt over their fat heads...

 

it is a football top...they will be on sale all year, don't panic if you cannot get what you want (i.e., forecast on the back) at the very second they go on sale.

and don't buy one and moan...as you would have had the choice

They're usually the same people that HAVE to be the first to breaking Saints stories, HAVE to bother journalists on Twitter every two minutes by asking about possible signings, HAVE to ask people who pretend to be agents what's going on...

Nope, but they have obviously actually thought about it for once : "we have a unique separate shirt printing unit on the ground floor of the shopping centre (outside Marks & Spencer)". That should sort it out though why they haven't put on in the West Quay store permanently who knows ?

I don't actually know any people like that, and I'm pretty sure I've been largely responsible for perpetuating this thread, so you'd think I would.

 

I think it's horrible, but I'm getting it anyway, never wear them outside match days and kickabouts though. Hopefully the away kit will be nicer.
